Very nice, especially for something produced by the Forest Service. It’s amazing that they can showcase the values like this, and then proceed to do dumb projects that degrade those values with logging, grazing, roads, and OHVs.
I hate to say it, but I am surprised that the USFS put out something this nice. I would like to see more of this. I don’t just mean photos and videos either; I would like to see the USFS take an interest in quality of presentation across the board.
I wonder if a USFS employee with an interest in photography pushed this through on their own, or if this was commissioned by leadership. I also wonder how much resistance there was to putting Lightroom on a USFS computer, assuming a USFS computer was used for editing.
