This article in the Idaho Stateman-Journal, “Forest Service studies evolving landscape through ‘retake’ photo project,” has a link to a site where you can view the photos. Most have “swipe” bars that let you see then and now (or recent) photos. Just a handful of locations, but interesting.
Interesting, I have looked at just a few, but I am surprised that things didn’t change that much.
