FEMA in 2018 to the Camp Fire was good under the Trump Administration, keep FEMA disaster only and cut out all the eye candy the Dems want and fund as much as possible locally people there know what the needs are, watch the funds carefully to keep fraud from happening get as much as possible as fast as possible to the people in need, summary keep as much Bureaucracy as possible out of it!
